Pediatric Medical Center

Pediatric Medical Center

Built on Main Street in Danbury (which used to be mostly swamp) the basement floor of this building is about four feet below the groundwater table. With ICF and waterproofing, however, the basement is dry. The doctors who own the building and run their practice in it, required the heating and cooling in each exam room to be individually zoned. ICF makes that easier because air flow can be controlled with greater efficiency than a structure made of wood.
