Scottish Style Castle

Scottish Castle

The 8,000-square-foot castle was the first ICF house that Leigh Overland designed. The owners had been married in Scotland and wanted their home to reflect that adventure. ICF provided the strength and power of a castle, which includes synthetic stucco and stone veneer along with a turret battlement wall that visitors drive through as they arrive. The interior, however, is contemporary, with heated floors, a full-wall fireplace and a library and study in the turret.
